Alajiah is the best. Has the best customer service, and her positive energy is fabulous. We watched from drive-thru window how incredibly hard she works. Such a wonderful start to our day. Thanks Alajiah for making Solar Roast Pueblo West my absolute favorite coffee and snack place to go to! I will tell all my friends and family to come to Solar Roast PW!!!!

Enjoyed a white chocolate mocha and an eye opener bagel, bacon or sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Worked on my computer with table level easy to get to 110v sockets. Very nice folks and great smooth coffee. Picked up a pound of Zeus coffee to take home with me.

One of the employees didn't seem very friendly (she kind of ignored my existence) but otherwise, great staff. Pork burrito was GEWD. Nice, quite, great coffee (better than Starbucks) that's always consistent.

This is place is wonderful and has a great friendly experience. There workers are very kind and always ask how your day has been. The food and coffee here are well made and delicious. They also play very upbeat, nice music to keep a good mood. Over-all Solar roast coffee has greate, kind service and good food.

I love breakfast at Solar Roast. The bacon eye opener is amazing! I usually get a latte or chai. Both great. It’s consistent which I love!

I have been coming here consistently for a couple of years. The pueblo green chili cream cheese should be sold in drums.

Had a great experience here. The vanilla Italian soda was so refreshing and the baristas who were there were some of the most friendly, kind, and energetic staff I've seen. It was a great atmosphere and I am definitely coming back here.

I absolutely love this location above the others and it's absolutely the staff that I come back for!! They are so friendly and wonderful, I don't even live over there anymore but I make sure to venture off hwy 50 for them when i come this way!! Thanks for everything yall do to keep our treats sweet!
